Development of Ukrainian Polish Academic Cooperation: SUTE Lecturers on a Faculty Mobility Visit to the University of Warsaw

Lecturers from the Department of World Economy and Philosophy, Sociology and Political Science visited the University of Warsaw, where they took part in events for the scientific project "Architecture of the New Reality: How the War Affected the Ukrainian and Polish Labor and Education Markets and Political Systems".

The visit took place from October 4 to 8 and was attended by Larysa Sarkisian, Associate Professor of the Department of World Economy, and Anna Mishchenko, Associate Professor of the Department of Philosophy, Sociology and Political Science

During the visit, the lecturers participated in training sessions and scientific and practical seminars, where they discussed the experience of systemic transformations in Poland and Ukraine, as well as socio-political, legal, and economic processes. In addition to participating in the above-mentioned events, working meetings were also held with representatives of the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies, during which they discussed the prospects for further scientific cooperation.

The results of participation in the foreign business trip were to promote the deepening of professional exchange with representatives of the academic environment of Poland and Ukraine, the presentation of scientific approaches relevant for economic research, and the expansion of opportunities for further cooperation.

The project was co-funded by the Mieroszewski Centre under the 4th Open Call for Proposals.
